Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of fireworks, returns can not be accepted after pickup or shipment of fireworks. 
Refunds and returns of non-firework products are allowed if un-used and returned in the same packaging. 
If a return is not in like-new condition, including packaging, a damage or usage fee will be assessed.

All returns must be approved prior to shipment, an RMA number will be issued for the return.

Refunds & Cancellation

 

Before you submit payment for your order, be sure you understand our restocking and payment refund fees

There will be a 30% restocking fee assessed for the following scenarios:

  • We reserved product on your behalf and you decided to cancel the order.
  • An ordered was paid for, scheduled for shipment and packed and the order was cancelled.
  • Any situation in which effort was expended to ready the order but the order was cancelled.

Beginning 4/1/2023 payment gateway providers are charging 3% on all refunds paid with a credit card. If you request a refund for any reason, a 3% fee will be assessed on the refund amount. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

As a way to reduce risk to our clients, we offer a pay later option at the time of check out on all fireworks orders.
